"The feedback we get from clients already using the Capturx Smart Pen within their organisations is really positive, and much of that is due to the time and efforts of our customer support team in ensuring a seamless integration with their existing operations" says Christina. "It's as important to us as it is to the client that they get the most from the Smart Pen, and from any other technology we bring onboard."

CEO for Touching Base Christina Rogstad
Christina Rogstad is co-founder and CEO for Touching Base. An American-born New Zealander, Christina was educated at Minnesota State University and has worked primarily in the Healthcare sector, holding senior roles for Convatec, CR Bard, Southern Cross Healthcare and Wintec. She named the company Touching Base to emphasize the fact that success in business comes down to communicating well with people, and Touching Base regularly with customers and team members as well as the wider marketplace.
Although she professes to have no free time, Christina is in the process of writing a cookbook and a children’s book. She also enjoys the rural lifestyle and beautiful surroundings of living in New Zealand.
General Manager of Sales Neil Foreman
Neil Foreman is Touching Base’s General Manager for Sales in New Zealand and Australia. It is Neil’s role to monitor and maintain the sales team and resellers down line as well as manage the company’s sales and business growth strategies.
Neil has a strong sales background in wholesale and retail from a range of industries including technology, manufacturing and the food industry. He has worked and taught in the US and travelled extensively.
When he is not working, Neil enjoys flying and is an authorized testing officer and senior flight instructor for the Whangarei Flying Club.
General Manager of Operations Mark Liddle
Mark Liddle is the General Manager of Operations for Touching Base. Mark is the main link with the manufacturer’s technical support teams in the US and UK and provides the first level of technical support to our customers, from installation through to using the product. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science as well as over 16 years in sales and business development management in the medical industry, where he has developed strong problem solving and customer support skills.
In his free time, Mark enjoys singing in a band, playing table tennis and ‘trying’ to keep fit.
